I am writing to let you know that your marketing/ promotional department is top rate. I can't remember with whom in that department I spoke, but I just mentioned a rather obscure product idea I had about an employee appreciation gift (I was looking for some type of wooden back massager w/wheels that I had once seen at a friend's office) and he researched all of the possible matches. With his help I was able to narrow the search to exactly what I was looking for by the end of the afternoon.
Because my search had been resolved so quickly, I was able to send my logo to your company and have the massagers imprinted and delivered 2 weeks ahead of my deadline. It was such a relief not to have to be stressed and worried that the delivery of my product was going to come down to the wire.
